How does delivery, setup, and pickup work?

It’s pretty simple actually! We will arrive at the scheduled delivery time and then start the installation. Depending on your add on choices, setup can take up to 1 hour. Once setup is complete we leave you to enjoy your event. We will return back at scheduled pickup time to dismantle and pickup the rental.

I heard I can do this myself, why should I choose a package from you?

Absolutely, you can DIY—but what we offer is a complete, stress-free experience. Creating custom backdrops and treat walls takes a lot of time, planning, and effort. With most companies, you’re only renting the wall. With us, you’re getting the full experience.

Our all-inclusive packages are designed to take the pressure off you. We provide not just the treat wall, but options for you to add a floral arch, LED sign, extra décor, and—most importantly—the food! You’re not just booking a setup; you’re booking peace of mind and a picture-perfect “wow” moment that your guests will remember.

How long is the rental?

Our rentals can range from 2-12 hours with the all-inclusive packages. If you are needing a rental longer than that timeframe, please reach out and we can give you a custom quote.

What is your cancellation, refund, or rescheduling policy?

All bookings require a 50% deposit to reserve your date, and remainder is due day of event. For cancellations made with less than 72 hours’ notice, your deposit will be forfeited. This policy is in place to cover costs associated with advance preparation, such as ordering supplies, preparing food, and creating custom decor items for your event.

We understand that plans can change. If you need to reschedule your event, we kindly ask for at least 72 hours’ notice. With proper notice, your deposit will be applied to your rescheduled date, subject to availability. We’ll work with you to ensure your event setup is successfully arranged for the new date.

Do you have a TX food permit?

Yes, we do! We have a Texas food permit and make sure everything is handled safely and up to code.

I have special dietary restrictions, can you accommodate?

Absolutely—we can accommodate dietary restrictions! We offer a variety of options including gluten-free and vegan treats. If you need something specific or want to substitute an item, just let us know—we’re happy to work with you to make sure everything fits your needs perfectly.
